How long does shipping take?
Due to high demand, our standard delivery time is usually 7–10 business days within Germany. You will receive a tracking number after shipment to track your package at any time.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept all common payment methods: credit card, PayPal, Klarna (invoice & installment plan), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and traditional bank transfer. All payments are securely encrypted.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or by email at [Support-Adresse].
How do returns work?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us in advance so that we can send you a return label. The refund will be issued after receipt of the goods via the original payment method.
Are there shipping costs?
For orders over €40, we deliver free of charge within Germany. Below that, we charge a flat rate of €2.99. International shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and will be displayed at checkout.
